Job Description PMC Licence Number: C- Responsibilities Responsible for overall supervision on operations of assigned properties with proper monitoring on budgeting, quality assurance and customer service Requirements Degree in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines Have professional membership(s) of RPHM, CIH, HKIH, PMP (Tier 1) or equivalent At least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which 7 years at management level Conversant with DMC, BMO and related ordinances Proven experience in managing shopping mall is a must Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills and posses strong and clear vision to enhance company’s market position Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese We will offer an attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
