Assistant General Manager (Property Management) Lead the team in the daily management and customer service for the entire building portfolio of the Group, ensuring high-quality and reliable services for tenants. Oversee technical and facility management, which includes planning, strategy development, tendering processes, contractor management, and major alteration projects. Plan, execute, and monitor overall management services, covering manpower planning, recruitment, training, image enhancement, and strategic management. Manage relationships with stakeholders, resolve management issues, and provide consultancy advice to ensure that development projects align with quality property management objectives. Liaise professionally with government departments, political bodies, and other related organizations or stakeholders, striving to maintain a positive corporate image. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with corporate directions. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. Prepare budgets, conduct cost control, plan manpower, and generate regular reports. Handle property emergencies, attend inspections or meetings, and perform ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Must hold a degree or higher in property management or a related field. Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in property management, with at least 10 years in a managerial role. Must possess a Tier 1 PMP License. Membership in CIH, HKIH, or other recognised professional bodies is preferred. Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Immediate availability is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
