Analyze platform data to provide recommendations for improving our digital learning strategy. 3. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate engaging and impactful in-class/virtual training sessions on core curricula, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, and client experience standards. Create a dynamic learning environment that reflects the exclusive nature of our brand. 4. Regional Training Coordination & Administration: Partner with Retail and HR management to identify training needs and schedule sessions with minimal disruption to business operations. Meticulously manage the training calendar, logistics, and communication for all regional learning activities. Maintain impeccable records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
