Executive Search - Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement Responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive review of the current training structure, including workflows, roles and responsibilities. Assess the existing training modules and identify areas for modernization and relevance. Address inconsistencies caused by regional autonomy in training design; establish a centralized framework to ensure alignment across markets. Define and implement standardized training methodologies, format and technologies (e.g., classroom, e-learning, blended learning). Strategic Design & Implementation Develop a unified training strategy that supports organizational objectives while allowing for regional localization. Map out and set up the training team structure, reallocating existing resources and defining roles for teams across different markets. Create scalable learning paths and curricula tailored to store segmentation, frontline roles and staff maturity levels. Introduce innovative learning technologies (AI-driven personalization, gamification, mobile learning) to enhance engagement and efficiency. Content Development & Delivery Oversee the design and deployment of training content across digital, classroom and on-the-job formats. Ensure consistency in quality and methodology across all regions while adapting content for local cultural and operational needs. Benchmark e-learning platforms and hybrid training models against industry best practices. Governance & Continuous Improvement Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for training effectiveness and ROI. Implement governance processes to maintain consistency and quality across regions. Create feedback loops for continuous improvement based on learner performance and business outcomes.
