Regional Finance Manager (Luxury Retail) Our client is a renowned luxury retail brand. They are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join the team. Responsibilities Managing the accounting function, maintaining full sets of accounting ledgers and ensuring the overall production of financial information in an accurate manner. Preparing financial reports and ensuring the financial statements are prepared timely, providing insights and recommendations. Ensuring proper recording of provisions, accruals and financial records for statutory reporting purposes. Complying with all local statutory requirements and tax regulations across all markets for corporate income tax filing. Coordinating and overseeing local statutory audit, including both internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion. Addressing and implementing recommendations arising from internal and external audit findings. Ensuring healthy working capital management through monitoring monthly bank account reconciliations, cash‑flow status and reporting. Overseeing stock‑take procedures to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting through collaboration with supply‑chain and operations teams. Controlling and following stock discrepancies and suggesting and implementing action plans as necessary. Implementing relevant local and regional procedures and controls and ensuring they are adopted and followed properly. Ensuring necessary adaptation of accounting systems and providing training as required. Enhancing operation efficiency and control effectiveness through simplification, automation and standardisation of accounting procedures and operational activities. Leading the financial setup and integration for new markets, including establishment of accounting processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Performing ad‑hoc tasks or projects as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Qualified CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in the fashion industry and an MNC environment. Audit experience in a well‑established auditing firm such as the Big 4 is an advantage. Solid experience in accounting and finance, audit and financial reporting. Experience in managing financial operations across multiple markets or regions. Experience with SAP and Hyperion is an advantage. Self‑initiative, well‑organised, hands‑on and able to work under pressure. Ability to lead and manage a team. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information.
