Role Purpose Strategic Interline Partnership Development Identify, evaluate, and negotiate airline alliance, codeshare, and partnership opportunities. Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives with alliance partners, including virtual airlines, to enhance network connectivity and customer experience. Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison with alliance partners, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and operational execution. Represent the airline in alliance events, working groups, and joint committees. Commercial Optimization Collaborate with Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Sales teams to maximize commercial benefits from partnerships. Monitor and analyse performance metrics of alliance agreements and recommend improvements. Project Leadership Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver alliance‑related projects, including systems integration, customer experience enhancements, and joint marketing campaigns. Compliance & Governance Ensure all alliance activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Maintain documentation and reporting for alliance agreements and performance reviews. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in airline partnership or revenue management. Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Analytical Ability: Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and data‑driven decision making. Proactive Attitude: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Desirable Qualities Demonstrated expertise in adhering to IATA resolutions and prorated agreements, with a strong track record in accurate fare construction, revenue accounting, and settlement processes.
