To support its ambitious growth plans, the company is seeking a visionary Financial Controller to join the executive team. This is a high-impact role where you will shape financial strategy, drive business performance, and influence key commercial decisions across a dynamic retail network. Position Summary Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the group, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and experience working in a listed company environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee group consolidation, statutory reporting, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategy and operational efficiency. Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and treasury functions, ensuring healthy financial liquidity and risk management. Establish, maintain, and enhance robust internal controls and corporate governance practices. Partner with senior management in strategic planning, business performance evaluation, and investment decision-making. Lead financial system enhancements and process improvements to increase automation and accuracy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is essential. At least 7 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably within a listed company. Solid knowledge of Hong Kong financial reporting standards, listing rules, and regulatory compliance. Proven experience in retail or consumer-related sectors is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
