Business Manager / Sr. Business Manager (Software & Solution) Our client APJ Software (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Business Manager / Sr. Business Manager (Software & Solution) to join their team About Our Client APJ Software (HK) Company Limited is a leading software development and consulting company established since 2002. They offer high-quality business and engineering software solution consultation services, project management services, and advanced e‑business solutions to many well‑known companies and organizations in HK and the region. What you'll be doing? Manage customer accounts: Develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points. Formulate account strategies: Drive new business in the current accounts. Identify new business opportunities: Explore new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, and solutions. Develop a sustainable sales pipeline: Produce successful business outcomes with assigned existing and new clients. Work closely with presales consultants: Build key customer relationships, negotiate, and close business deals. Achieve sales targets: Meet assigned sales targets, profit requirements, and business objectives. Who are they looking for? Degree holder: In Business Administration or Information Systems related discipline. Experience: 5+ years proven experiences in Account Servicing or Business Development in IT solutions or IT professional services, software development, or offshore vendor management related experiences is preferred. Large enterprise accounts management: Experience in managing large enterprise accounts is a must. Government / finance sector experience: Experience in the government or finance sector would be an advantage. Number sensitive: Familiar with quotation and tender proposal preparation and process. Communication skills: Good communication and presentation skills. Aggressive, positive attitude: Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office: Excellent in written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin is a plus. Why should you consider this opportunity?
