Sales Associate/Executive (Leveraged FX & Bullion Trading) We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate/Executive to acquire and nurture relationships with clients for banks, exchanges, and brokers. Leveraging our bank-grade compliance framework and professional currency exchange services, the role focuses on promoting leveraged FX and bullion trading—ideal for banking, currency exchange, crypto, or financial sales professionals. The ideal candidate has a passion for financial markets, strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in target-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Proactively acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, and digital channels, leveraging banking/currency exchange client development experience. Maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their currency exchange, cross-border fund flow, and trading needs. Provide clients with basic market updates, exchange rate insights, and trading ideas. Promote leveraged FX, bullion trading, and currency exchange-related services to expand the client base. Collaborate with front/back office to ensure seamless service and regulatory adherence. Represent the company at industry events to generate leads, targeting currency exchange/cross-border finance clients. Manage and update sales pipeline via CRM system. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred; fresh graduates with finance interest welcome. Prior experience in banking sales, currency exchange, crypto, FX, bullion, or financial sales is a strong advantage. SFC Type 3 license preferred (company supports license acquisition for qualified candidates). Exceptional Chinese and English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience.
