About the Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within the Concierge Department, the Assistant Concierge Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge team, supervising Concierge staff and ensuring guest enquiries are handled professionally. The Assistant Concierge reports to the Chief Concierge. Responsibilities Assist the Chief Concierge in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Concierge Department. Observe and ensure that all colleagues are performing their duties in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures. Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the quality standards required by the hotel. Constantly stay updated with the events happening in Hong Kong and ensure they are communicated among the team. Handle guests’ feedback or complaints and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely manner. Organize all transportation requirements and luggage arrangements for hotel guests. Ensure that the Concierge Desk information is always up to date. Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in the hotel lobby & entrance. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Concierge Operations. Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese.
