About The Role As an Assistant Concierge , you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Assign staff to manage guest luggage storage and coordinate pick-up for all arriving and departing guests. Ensure efficient delivery of parcels, newspapers, and messages to guests. Assist guests with flight ticket arrangements and visa applications. Arrange limousine or shuttle services for guests upon request. Provide up-to-date and relevant recommendations on restaurants, shopping areas, and tourist attractions. Supervise and support Departmental training for the Concierge Team. About You At least 3 years of Concierge or Rooms experience in a 5-star Hotel with similar capacities. Reliable and guest-oriented team player. Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
