Join to apply for the Senior Manager - System Architecture role at Crystal International . Responsibilities Align and design enterprise system architectures, standards, integration practices, and roadmaps with business objectives, ensuring governance and consistency across digital transformation initiatives and various projects. Provide recommendations for system enhancements. Evaluate & select software applications, platforms & tools to increase operational efficiency. Develop and maintain standards to support business processes, integration, and data flows for garment and textile manufacturing systems, ensuring aligned implementation with project teams. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams at all organizational levels to gather requirements, define system architectures, manage governance, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Prepare and present architecture designs, roadmaps, and system integration diagrams to senior management and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and influence throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience of 15 years as a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation, including hardware, software, and network components. Strong business and system knowledge of manufacturing business related processes, including product development lifecycle, procurement, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, manufacturing execution control and tracking, quality control, warehouse and logistics. Proficiency in PLM, ERP, APS, MES, QA, WMS system architecture design and implementation, including hardware, software, and network components. Good command of English and Chinese.
