Assistant/Deputy Head of Commercial Banking Develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans for increasing the bank's penetration in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) market. Lead SME banking units of the bank and ensure effective coordination with branches and other business units to boost up SME customer base. Oversee and ensure smooth operation of SME banking function. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationship with major clients to assess and satisfy their banking needs. Monitor proper utilization of credit facilities in SME accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets. Coordinate with product, risk and other marketing functions and external partners to achieve the desired goal and revenue. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Requirements University degree. Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial banking with sufficient expertise in SME sector. Require in-depth knowledge of SME banking business and credit policies and standards. Good knowledge and skill of commercial banking products and client management. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
