Deputy Team Head of Branch Sales Executive, Consumer Banking Assist the Head of Branch Sales Executives in consolidating sales data to review the business status and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Develop business continuity plans & conduct quarterly crisis simulation drills Process exemption applications & oversee regulatory documentation Implement frontline control measures & lead monthly compliance audits Coordinate with Sky Center on payroll account referrals & align with Segment Team on premier client solutions Requirement 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, Englisn and Mathematics At least 5 years of relevant experience in consumer banking, preferably in a managerial capacity Familiar with consumer banking products and operational procedures Self-driven and service-oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working under pressure.
