Identify and develop new international and bank brokerage partners to expand the distribution network. Coach and motivate brokerage partners to enhance sales performance and accelerate growth for our insurance products. Collaborate with business partners to execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives. Conduct product and sales skill training programs to enhance the capabilities of brokerage partners. Qualifications University Degree, Major in marketing / Business Admin preferred. At least 10+ years experience in HNW/Broker/Bank sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales. Strong working knowledge of HNW Insurance business and understanding of current market situation. Experience of distribution sales operation with strong understanding of consumer attitude and behavior. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel & clients. Able to work under pressure. Be always to give recommendations and contribute new ideas for improvement. Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Words, & Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
