The Job Assist in defining the product strategy to meet company’s business goals in the business plan and executing company strategy in response to latest regulatory changes (e.g., HKRBC and IFRS17). Drive product team to deliver new product initiatives, and provide insights into managing the product portfolio on shelf. Wealth and life insurance product development and implementation. Work closely with business functions to promote our products and services to deliver business results. Help company strike a balance between commercial and financials. End‑to‑end support from customer research, product development and implementation, product marketing and sales tools. Propose and implement campaigns/programs to improve business results. The Person Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent. At least 10+ years’ of product development experience within the life insurance industry. Deep product knowledge and well informed on market trend. Relevant product regulations and latest development. Knowledge of company financials and KPIs. Business result oriented and agile in problem solving. Passion to change how people feel about insurance through our product/services. Soft skills to collaborate with other functions to get things done. Job grading may vary according to year of experience or technical expertise.
