The Company:

  • Sole distributor: IT hardware, IT software, and mobile accessories in Hong Kong.
  • We have established a value-added service network in Hong Kong, China & SE Asia.
  • We are one of the largest value-added sole distributors and marketing service providers in graphics, imaging, and multi-media design software, representing world-renowned brands across the region.
  • We are looking for Sales Manager (IT software) - with details as follows:

The Job:

  • 10+ years in the computer graphic (CG) distribution market ecosystem.
  • Proven track record demonstrating business acumen to manage company P&L by adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Preferably with some financial qualifications or training - understanding of budgeting and P&L to communicate with HQ.
  • Experienced in vendor-facing roles and managing the challenges of business growth to meet vendor satisfaction.
  • The ability to recruit and activate a team effectively, to monitor and assess staff performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a good image of the organization at all times.
  • University graduate in any discipline.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable about local IT channel ecosystem.
  • Channel experience in IT software in Hong Kong is a big plus.
  • 5 days work: flexible working hours.
  • Friendly work culture.
