About Us

JPC Recruiting Services, a professional recruiting services company with a small office in Hong Kong, is seeking a reliable part-time administrative assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support to our office. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education, work experience in an office environment, and good PC skills, especially in MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry; edit CVs; admin support; paperwork
  • Clerical duties to support the office team

Working Hours

The working hours are flexible, with two options:

  • AM session: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm
  • PM session: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-6:30pm

Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary of HK$84,000 (HK$7,000 x 12)
  • Annual leave: 12 days
  • Bank holiday
  • MPF
