Job Title: Digital Sales Expert - IT Software

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HKD 80,000 - 120,000 per month (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business acumen, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the computer graphic distribution market ecosystem.

You will be responsible for managing the company's P&L by adapting strategies accordingly, as well as maintaining excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's P&L by adapting strategies accordingly
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
• Recruit and activate teams effectively to monitor and assess staff performance
• Maintain a good image of the organization at all times
• University graduated in any discipline
• Experienced and knowledge/contacts on local IT channel ecosystem

Requirements:

• 10+ years in computer graphic (CG) distribution market ecosystem
• Proven track record demonstrating business acumen to manage company P&L by adapting strategies accordingly
• Preferably with some financial qualifications or training - understanding of budgeting and P&L to communicate with HQ
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
