Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT software business in Hong Kong.

This includes adapting strategies to manage company P&L, recruiting and activating a team effectively, and monitoring staff performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• 10+ years experience in the computer graphic (CG) distribution market ecosystem
• Proven track record demonstrating business acumen to manage company P&L by adapting strategies accordingly
• Preferably with some financial qualifications or training - understanding of budgeting and P&L to communicate with HQ
• Experienced in vendor-facing roles and managing the challenges of business growth to meet vendor satisfaction
• The ability to recruit and activate a team effectively, to monitor and assess staff performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain a good image of the organization at all times
• University graduate in any discipline
• Experienced and knowledgeable about local IT channel ecosystem
• Channel experience in IT software in Hong Kong is a big plus
