Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints from Bank Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues Membership Registration & Account set up Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance Perform ad-hoc project as assigned You might fit for the role if you have….
