Responsibilities
  • Assist in establishing, reviewing and implementing the procurement policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for procurement of:
    • Building/facility material and services ranging from office equipment to all-round goods and services for the company as a whole to ensure product and service quality with best terms; OR
    • IT ranging from hardware, software, licensing, application development, etc.
  • Perform and manage the full procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, negotiation, goods & services delivery, and market research.
  • Provide professional procurement advice to different departments.
  • Establish and maintain a vendor database accurately and conduct supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Purchasing & Supply Management or related discipline; membership of CIPS is preferred.
  • Solid experience gained from MNCs or listed organizations.
  • Familiar with the sourcing process from RFx to contract finalization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Procurement Officer.
