About the Role

The Procurement Officer - Railway Operations will be responsible for planning, liaising, and handling the entire procurement cycle, including specifications review, sourcing, tender assessment, and contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, liaise, and handle the entire procurement cycle.
  • Implement and follow through the supplier management process.
  • Coordinate and support on procurement of spare parts, equipment, and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance by tracking KPIs, regular evaluation, and collecting feedback.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural environment.
