Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator, offering flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. The role is responsible for supporting operational and logistics activities to ensure efficient movement of goods, materials and information across the organization. It helps maintain smooth workflows, supports supply chain processes and assists in coordinating day‑to‑day operational tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation, updating records, assisting with procurement and vendor coordination, monitoring performance metrics and supporting reporting and data entry related to operations and logistics. The role may also involve assisting in process optimisation, addressing operational issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage operational and logistical tasks Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory management tools and operational tracking systems Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors and stakeholders High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in managing records and monitoring processes Ability to work collaboratively in both on‑site and remote environments Familiarity with supply chain, inventory management or procurement processes is an advantage Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills to support smooth operations Ability to track key metrics, support reporting and contribute to workflow optimisation Commitment to ensuring operational efficiency, timely execution and reliable logistical support Location: Kowloon City District, Hong Kong SAR #J-18808-Ljbffr
