Merchant Development and Contract Signing : Focus on overseas-bound merchant groups such as cross-border e-commerce (platforms/independent sites), foreign trade B2B/B2C, digital entertainment, and online services. Independently manage the full process from customer acquisition, demand alignment, solution demonstration to contract finalization, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customized Solution Provision : Address merchants’ core pain points (e.g., multi-currency settlement, localized payment adaptation, fee cost control, settlement efficiency improvement) and provide customized solutions by leveraging the company’s cross-border acquiring product portfolio (international credit cards, overseas local e-wallets, blockchain-based fast settlement, etc.). In-depth Customer Relationship Management : Maintain cooperative relationships with existing merchants, conduct regular on-site visits or online follow-ups, resolve end-to-end acquiring issues (e.g., chargeback handling, payment channel stability optimization, risk control strategy adaptation), and enhance customer renewal rates and business penetration. Market and Competitor Insight : Continuously research cross-border payment policies and regulatory dynamics (e.g., Hong Kong Stablecoin Ordinance, anti-money laundering compliance requirements) in Hong Kong and target overseas markets (Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Latin America, etc.). Track competitors (PayPal, Stripe, local payment institutions, etc.) in terms of product features, fee strategies, and service models, and regularly produce market analysis reports. Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal product, risk control, technology, and operation teams to feedback merchants’ needs for acquiring functions (e.g., payment success rate optimization, settlement cycle adjustment), drive product iteration and service upgrading, and ensure a smooth customer cooperation experience. II. Job Requirements 1. Education and Experience Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in cross-border payment, acquiring, or foreign trade services in Hong Kong. Priority will be given to candidates with working experience in leading cross-border payment companies, or those with resources related to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) or foreign trade merchants. 2. Professional Competence Proficient in the business logic of cross-border acquiring, familiar with international card acquiring processes, foreign exchange settlement rules, and anti-fraud risk control systems; understand mainstream overseas local payment methods. Possess knowledge of cross-border payment compliance in Hong Kong; additional points will be given to candidates who are familiar with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-Border Payment Special Management Regulations and the regulatory requirements for Hong Kong’s Money Service Operator (MSO) license. 3. Core Competencies Excellent business negotiation and PPT roadshow skills, with the ability to accurately convey the company’s product advantages. High market sensitivity, capable of quickly responding to changes in cross-border payment policies and the evolution of merchants’ needs, and flexibly adjusting development strategies. Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced sales rhythm, and possess the perseverance and execution to independently develop new markets. 4. Language and Tools Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken). Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel for data review, PPT for solution development). III. Compensation and Benefits Salary Structure : Basic salary + quarterly sales bonus; there is no upper limit on the total income. Statutory and Supplementary Benefits : Full contribution to the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF), Hong Kong statutory public holidays, a minimum of 10 days of paid annual leave, fully paid sick leave, and medical examination allowance.
