Join us in providing health-conscious beverages while protecting the planet Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive to lead the growth of Hong Kong's leading healthy bubble tea brand within the corporate sector. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our corporate sales division, landing and nurturing high-value strategic accounts, and being fully accountable for the team's revenue targets. This role requires a leader who can work closely with management to shape strategy and mentor team members. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic sales plan for the corporate division to drive significant revenue growth. Be fully accountable for meeting and exceeding the team's overall sales targets. Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with strategic corporate clients, including large offices, hotel groups, retail chains, and major event planners. Identify, target, and secure high-value, long‑term corporate partnerships and accounts. Lead complex negotiations on pricing and contracts, ensuring all terms are aligned with business strategy and approved by management. Work directly with the Leadership team to report on performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives. Mentor and guide junior sales staff to develop team capability and ensure operational excellence. Collaborate cross‑departmentally with marketing and operations to align on high‑level promotional strategies and ensure service excellence for key accounts. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales or business development, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. Demonstrated experience in a strategic leadership role within sales, with responsibility for key accounts and team targets. Strong background in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred. Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage senior‑level decision‑makers. Proven ability to work under pressure, handle complex challenges, and drive initiatives independently. Genuine passion for health‑conscious products and sustainability initiatives. A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team leadership ethos.
