Responsibilities Provide customer service to occupants and visitors at concierge Handle telephone and walk‑in enquiries Provide administrative support Qualifications DSE or above, preferably with Certificate / Diploma in Service Management At least 1‑2 years relevant experience in Customer Service field Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Customer‑oriented with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills Mature, independent and able to work under pressure About the Role Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Officer.
