Prior experience in eliminating overseas illicit trade is highly preferred. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Strong communication skills and team spirit; resilient under pressure. Key Responsibilities Investigate overseas illicit tobacco trade activities involving China Tobacco products and guide foreign enterprises on trademark protection. Coordinate with third‑party partners to conduct IP infringement investigations, litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes to safeguard the company’s IP rights. Manage international intellectual property affairs and establish corporate IP management and risk control systems. Draft and review IP‑related legal documents; compile IP information briefings and develop a database of IP cases and regulations. Procure and manage external legal advisors and investigators.
