Job Description Job Title Operations Manager - High-End Wood Flooring Industry Interior Design / Building Materials / B2B Projects Company French company specializing in premium wood flooring solutions Main Market Europe, Middle East, and Asia Company Overview French company offering premium wood flooring for indoor and outdoor applications Serves high‑end B2B projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East Collaborates with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to deliver bespoke solutions Operates an in‑house R&D team focused on innovation and design excellence Maintains a vendor network across China and Southeast Asia Product portfolio includes oak, bamboo, vinyl, composite materials, and other advanced surface solutions Position Summary Lead the full order processing and supply chain workflow for the Company Supervise one Supply Chain Coordinator and ensure seamless coordination across European headquarters, regional sales offices, vendor factories, QC teams, and logistics partners Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in France Role Purpose Serve as the cornerstone of the Company’s new Asia regional headquarters in Hong Kong Lead the establishment and daily operations of the Hong Kong office Ensure efficient cross‑border operations between France, Dubai, Hong Kong, and later Bangkok Focus on organizational setup, workflow development, ERP implementation, and operational integrity during the first year Key Responsibilities Est the Hong Kong office structure, team, compliance, and workflows Develop efficient administrative systems and documentation Coordinate with local service providers including accountants, auditors, legal, banking, and IT partners Act as the internal anchor point for the Company’s Asia operations Lead deployment of the Company’s ERP/CRM platform by coordinating with IT consulting firm Define and document operating procedures for procurement, invoicing, logistics, and reporting Manage order flow between production partners in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and India Oversee supplier documentation, lead times, and delivery schedules Implement vendor tracking systems and monitor quality control processes Supervise and guide a small team including the Supply Chain Coordinator Build a disciplined, results‑driven work culture based on communication and accountability Foster coordination with Dubai and European counterparts Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, procurement, or business management Good experience in order processing and supply chain workflow especially from China / SE Asian vendor factories to Europe / overseas markets Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems Experience working with cross‑border teams in Asia, especially China and Southeast Asia Background in SME or entrepreneurial environments is a strong advantage Hands‑on, practical, and resourceful management style Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin What We Offer 5‑day work week 15 days of annual leave Work‑life balance culture with minimal overtime International exposure and collaboration with French headquarters Opportunity to contribute to high‑profile international projects Career growth in a fast‑paced, design‑driven industry TO APPLY Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
