Our vendor network spans China and Southeast Asia, and we are committed to excellence in design, quality, and service. The Hong Kong office functions as the Asia Regional Office, responsible for supply chain management for global customers and serving as the sales hub for the Asia market. It manages goods produced by vendor factories in Asia and coordinates shipments to Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN markets. Role Summary You will support the daily execution of supply chain and logistics activities from the Hong Kong operations hub. This role is essential for documentation accuracy, shipment tracking, supplier follow‑up, customer communication support, and ERP data maintenance. It is an ideal position for a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment — ensuring that all orders move smoothly from factory to customer. Report to Supply Chain Planning Manager. Key Responsibilities Track production status and shipment readiness across suppliers in China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and India. Prepare and verify logistics documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin, export declarations). Confirm shipment bookings with freight forwarders and follow up on vessel schedules. Maintain daily communication with factories regarding order progress, packing status, and dispatch dates. Provide operational support to sales teams in Dubai and Europe by updating shipment status, ETAs, and documentation readiness. Forward shipment documents promptly to customers and sales teams. Assist in addressing customer queries related to logistics and delivery timelines. Maintain accurate data in the ERP/CRM system (Odoo or equivalent), including order entries, shipment details, cost records, and supplier documentation. Generate weekly summary reports from the system. Ensure all logistics, orders, and cost information is up to date and correct. Coordinate QC documentation between factories, inspectors, and the Supply Chain Planner. Support internal administrative tasks related to logistics, purchasing, and operational workflows. Ideal Candidates Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years in logistics coordination, export documentation, or supply chain support. Experience handling export shipments from Asia is highly preferred. Knowledge of Incoterms, ocean freight procedures, and international trade documentation. Experience using ERP/CRM systems is an advantage. Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred. Strong communication and follow‑up discipline.
