Job Description Develop and maintain accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input. Manage inventory levels to balance supply availability with cost efficiency, minimizing excess stock and shortages. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with operational goals. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply disruptions. Support new product launches by integrating supply plans with marketing and sales strategies. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
