Role Overview A pivotal role in shaping and executing the global supply chain strategy. This position is responsible for aligning long‑term supply planning with business objectives, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a forward‑thinking leader who can navigate complex global environments, anticipate market shifts, and deliver agile, data‑driven solutions that enhance supply chain resilience and performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Leadership Lead the development and execution of the global supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with long‑term business goals and market dynamics. Drive strategic demand forecasting and scenario planning to anticipate future needs and guide capacity and inventory decisions. Monitor global business trends and priorities through active participation in regional S&OP meetings, translating insights into actionable supply strategies. Champion global initiatives to enhance agility, resilience, and cost‑effectiveness across product lifecycle stages. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Build and maintain strategic partnerships with contract manufacturers, ensuring service reliability, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous performance improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional supply chain teams, procurement, finance, and PMO to align supply strategies with business objectives. Act as a key liaison for material sourcing strategy, volume commitments, and capacity planning, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders. Facilitate communication and alignment on inventory policies, product transitions, and supply risk management across global and regional teams. Performance & Change Management Establish and monitor planning KPIs (e.g., DIFOT, Supply Plan Attainment), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead or support global process improvement projects, driving innovation and operational excellence in supply planning. Provide strategic input into inventory budgeting and forecasting, ensuring visibility and accountability across functions. Desired Skills and Experience To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: Degree holder in supply chain management, planning or any related discipline. Min. 10 years of relevant experience, gained from FMCG/ supplement/ vitamin industry is a plus. Proven track record of leading and optimizing supply chain operations in a global or multinational environment. Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive large‑scale process improvements. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Committed to providing support to cross functional teams in different regions when required. Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on supply strategy development, risk management, well balancing cost and service level. Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
