Job Description Operations Manager – small regional supply chain hub – High-end Building Materials Industry: Interior Design / Building Materials / B2B Projects Company: French company specializing in premium wood flooring solutions Main market: Europe, Middle East & Asia Terms & Benefits: 5 days work; minimal overtime work required; no trips required Company Overview We are a French company specializing in premium wood flooring solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications, tailored for high-end B2B projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With our own creative R&D team, we collaborate with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to deliver bespoke flooring solutions. Our vendor network spans China and Southeast Asia, and we are committed to excellence in design, quality, and service. The Hong Kong office operates as a small regional hub overseeing supply chain activities, managing goods produced by vendor factories in China and Southeast Asia, and coordinating shipments to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Position Summary Oversee the full order processing and supply chain workflow from vendor factories in China/SE Asia to customers in Europe/Asia/Middle East Supervise one Supply Chain Coordinator and ensures seamless coordination between our European headquarters, regional sales offices, vendor factories, QC teams, and logistics partners. Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), based at our French headquarters. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing and supply chain operations for wood flooring products. Receive and verify orders from Europe HQ, Asia, and Middle East sales offices to ensure 100% accuracy. Place confirmed orders with vendor factories in China and Southeast Asia. Arrange and monitor product inspections conducted by either in-house QC teams or third‑party inspection companies. Track production schedules and ensure timely delivery aligned with project deadlines. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange shipments and ensure smooth delivery to customers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Ensure all products meet corporate and client quality standards and are delivered professionally and punctually. Maintain daily communication with European HQ, regional sales offices, vendor factories, and logistics partners. Supervise and support the Supply Chain Coordinator in documentation, scheduling, and operational tasks. Ideal Candidates Degree holder Minimum 5 years senior level experience in operations, merchandising, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably in building materials or interior design sectors. Strong understanding of international trade, order processing, and vendor coordination. Experience working with factories in China and Southeast Asia. Familiarity with quality inspection processes and third‑party inspection protocols. Knowledgeable in shipping and trading documentation Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different cultures. Fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin.
