Responsibilities Sales Strategy Planning and Implementation: Responsible for market development and project execution in Northwest China, covering business lines such as landscape greening projects, municipal ecological construction, residential community landscaping, and environmental cleaning services for high‑end hotels and commercial complexes. Team Building and Management: Responsible for establishing sales teams in mainland China, including recruitment, training, and coaching of sales representatives. Develops a comprehensive team training system and performance evaluation mechanism to build and manage teams that achieve headquarters' performance targets. Customer Development and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients in China's northwest region, collaborate with real estate agencies, property developers, engineering firms, and enterprises, conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, deliver customized service solutions, maintain long‑term partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research and Strategic Recommendations: Continuously monitor industry policies, market competition dynamics, and evolving demands from both government and enterprises. Collect and analyze critical data to produce in‑depth reports that support corporate strategic decisions. Formulate forward‑looking business expansion strategies to help the company seize opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. Cross‑department collaboration and team management: Working closely with teams in Hong Kong and mainland China to allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress and quality, and ensure smooth business expansion. Job Requirements Applicants must have at least 8 years of work experience, including 5 years in sales for engineering, landscaping, or environmental services. Familiarity with local policies, bidding procedures, and client decision‑making processes in Northwest China is required. Candidates with proven experience in large‑scale project collaborations will be given priority. Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Candidates with over 10 years of experience in engineering, horticulture, or environmental services (including associate degrees or advanced diplomas) will be considered. Professional Competence: Demonstrates exceptional communication and coordination skills, along with advanced business negotiation capabilities. Possesses sharp market insight and analytical judgment, enabling swift interpretation of policy changes and their transformation into business opportunities. Demonstrates strong project management skills, capable of independently planning, driving, and monitoring cross‑departmental collaborative projects to ensure successful outcomes. Additional requirements: Proactive and responsible, with strong stress tolerance and self‑motivation; willing to accept irregular business trips; candidates with client resources in municipal, engineering, hospitality or property sectors in Northwest China are preferred.
