Major Tasks & Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO in Hong Kong, the Sales Director will be responsible to develop business for OneAsia’s focused on Fortune 1000 companies, and ASPs in the China markets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the Company's business objectives and growth plans. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet individual and team goals. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market trends. Regularly report sales performance to senior management, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall Company goals. Enhance the training and development of the sales team, enhancing their professional skills and business knowledge. Essential Skills, Qualification and Education Needed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role; experience in the cloud services or technology industry is preferred. Solid experience selling Data Centre, managed Cloud solution and/or telecom solutions shall be an advantage.
