Responsibilities Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary Requirements Holder of Degree in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline (less qualification but with more experience will also be considered) Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above is preferably and should have minimum 4 years' relevant experience Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
