We require a high calibre individual to join us for the following position:- SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER - KOWLOON WEST Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, annual inspections, testing, and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all M&E-related projects Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate emergency call out services around the clock Conduct fault investigations, manage minor project executions and monitor site work progress Liaise with end users, manage contractors and supervise in-house technicians Maintenance knowledge & experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant and Cooling Water Plant is a must Requirements: Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management, minimum 2 years in supervisory role. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Technical Officer. Hand‑on experience in building services and coordination with service providers and contractors Strong analytical capabilities, sense of responsibility, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with statutory regulations and compliance requirements in property management. Corporate membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) is preferred Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
