Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant parties to carry out the maintenance and repair works effectively. Conduct regular check and inspection of the buildings, services and facilities etc. Prepare cost estimates and documents for the maintenance and engineering works. Prepare RFQ and tenders for the maintenance and engineering works. Supervise the in-house technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors to complete the works. Assist the project and technical teams in monitoring the A&A, engineering, fit-out and reinstatement works. Participate in T&C, handover, inspect and certify the completed works to tender / end-user’s requirements. Prepare statements / reports on the maintenance, events and engineering works. Explore and implement the potential initiatives for energy efficiency and green buildings. Determine and implement the plans and procedures to ensure safety at works. Requirements High Diploma or above in Building / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related subjects. Candidates with construction safety program certificate is an advantage. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building maintenance. Previous experience with design / consulting and properties management firms is an advantage. Good knowledge in building, E&M services and related issues. Practical experience in building and E&M services related works including A&A, renovation and fitting-out works of commercial properties (office & shopping malls). Good knowledge in local practices and statutory requirements relating to building operation & maintenance, properties management and licensing matters. Holder of REW / Safety Supervisor certificates preferred. Good in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. Good at conducting inspection, making records and reports. Self-motivated with good communication skills.
