Join us, and we’ll build the Artisanal New World together. Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Technical Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality building services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and sustainability of our residential facilities, while leading maintenance teams and contractors to uphold service excellence. Responsibilities Source and supervise competent repair contractors to ensure timely and effective repair of facilities across the site. Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance technicians to support daily operations and uphold service standards. Develop and implement monthly and quarterly maintenance plans and schedules tailored to site needs. Lead procurement and tendering exercises for maintenance‑related services and materials, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and compliance. Conduct regular safety drills and maintenance audits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of building systems. Manage the takeover of new building services systems, including active participation in testing and commissioning activities. Review and recommend environmental protection measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure all technical works comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal standards. Respond to technical issues and service requests from residents with professionalism and urgency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service contracts. Requirements Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years of post‑qualification experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, including testing and commissioning, and overseeing refurbishment and construction works. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a service‑oriented mindset and attention to detail.
