Operations Officer (Procurement) – Tsit Wing Coffee Company Limited Tsit Wing Coffee Company Limited, a leading food and beverage supplier established in 1932, seeks a highly capable Operations Officer to manage our procurement operations across Asia and North America. This role offers the opportunity to support our expanding business in coffee and tea supply, distribution, and instant beverage products. Responsibilities Handle day‑to‑day purchasing activities in accordance with company policy and procedures. Prepare procurement documents such as purchase orders, delivery notes, debit notes, invoices, packing lists, quotations, and delivery timelines. Maintain and update the purchasing database and records. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Support ad hoc projects as assigned. Process inbound shipping documents. Requirements Higher Diploma graduate or above in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in F&B or FMCG (not mandatory). Interest in pursuing a career in purchasing and global sourcing in catering/F&B. Efficient team player, self‑motivated, well‑organized and able to work under pressure. Proactive with strong communication skills. Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese‑word processing. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. Fresh graduates also considered. Immediate availability preferred.
