Operations Officer/ Assistant Operations Officer Provide various sales support services in our daily operations, such as account opening, insurance/QDAP proposal generation, fund switching/surrender requests, forms preparation and update, AML checking, report distribution and filing, etc., between our sales and business partners and product providers. Handle investment operations, including order placement, settlement, and corporate actions processing in product streams such as investment funds, equities, and structured investment products. Verify and submit mutual fund and bond subscription/redemption/switching orders to product providers according to the daily cut-off schedule. Address operational inquiries from clients, sales, and business partners. Inform and remind sales and business partners about follow-up issues from our product providers. Input and maintain client records in the company system. Investment Business Collect, check, and maintain market data, pricing or valuation, and prepare monthly statements, etc. Provide middle and back‑office support for in‑house funds, discretionary accounts, and other insurance and investment products. Conduct business onboarding tasks, such as account opening, on different platforms, including fund houses, transfer agents, securities firms, and other counterparties. Coordinate with fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, brokers, and other parties for the funds and portfolios. Maintain daily valuations and reconciliations of funds and portfolios. Monitor and ensure compliance of funds and portfolios with investment objectives and restrictions. Prepare investment fact sheets or other relevant marketing materials. Assist in establishing new funds. Handle other administrative tasks related to funds and portfolios. Manage inquiries from clients and wealth/investment consultants. Undertake ad‑hoc projects assigned by management. Requirements: Holder of HKAL or above with relevant experience in sale administration or customer services or operations. Possess IIQAS license (paper 1,3 & 5) and/ or SFC license (paper 1,7 & 8) are preferred. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Able to work under pressure and with tight time line. Fulfilment of the competency requirements for carrying out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Initiative, cheerful and able to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Operations Executive.
