Responsibilities Optimize operational processes and procedures to continuously improve business efficiency and service quality. Participate in operation-related projects, including system implementation, functional upgrades, and business process improvements. Coordinate operational preparation and execution for the launch of new businesses, systems, and products. Perform data management and analysis to support business decision-making. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and system upgrades to ensure they meet business needs. Handle daily customer inquiries and provide professional business support. Execute daily Hong Kong securities transactions for clients. Review documentation for corporate and individual account openings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain and update product financing ratios and client credit limits. Monitor client objectives and margin levels, and execute margin call procedures. Perform forced liquidations when margin levels are breached. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years or more of experience in dealing/operations/risk/customer service within the securities brokerage, bank, asset management or related industries. Familiarity with securities trading processes and regulatory compliance requirements. Knowledge of client account opening procedures. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or process improvement projects is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
