Responsible Officer (Type 1, 4, 9) Junior Position Role as Responsible Officer: Serve as the designated RO for Type 1, 4 & 9 regulated activities, performing all required managerial and supervisory functions under SFC standards. Type 1/4/9 License Application: Assist the company in the application process for the license. Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with all applicable SFC rules and regulations. Lead the development, implementation, and regular enhancement of internal compliance policies and procedures. Daily Operations Management: Oversee and execute key front to back-office operational duties to ensure smooth daily business functioning. Formulate, review and update the company's operating manual to improve compliance procedures. Maintain communication with various service providers (such as private banks, brokers) and regulatory agencies (such as SFC). Undertake other ad‑hoc tasks and strategic projects as delegated by the management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related discipline. Currently accredited by SFC as Responsible Officer for Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses. Around 5 years’ experience in financial services, especially securities, futures, or portfolio management. In‑depth knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory and compliance landscape. Strong leadership to drive change, motivate teams, and strengthen competitiveness. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to high professional standards.
