Responsibilities Support Landside Duty Manager/ Assistant Manager to monitor day-to-day operations at SkyPier Terminal, Ground Transportation Centre, Car Parks and the road network. Perform daily patrols in the assigned area and coordinate with technical staff for the repair and maintenance of defects. Respond to incidents and communicate with internal and external parties for assistance, remedial actions and solutions. Supervise and coordinate the service contractors, including road management, taxi services, indoor and exterior cleaning and landscaping, to ensure quality services delivery. Maintain effective communication with the business partners and government departments to ensure smooth airport operations. Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on-scene investigations and prepare incident/ accident reports for necessary actions of management. Handle and prepare daily operation logs and reports. Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned. Required to work on shift duties. Requirements Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed; associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered. Associate degree / higher diploma; or secondary education level with only 2 years' work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee. Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1 or 2 endorsement. A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
