About the role Supreme Joy Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sports entertainment centre, ensuring efficient and effective management of our facilities, staff, and resources. As Operations Manager, you will play a vital part in driving the company's strategic objectives and contributing to our continued success in the Kai Tak Kowloon City District. What you'll be doing Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise business performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and quality assurance. Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and the efficient execution of plans and initiatives. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and regulatory standards. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proven track record of implementing operational efficiency initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry. Proficient in using various software and technologies to support operational management. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
