About the role OneStart Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for this full‑time role based in Lai Chi Kok. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key strategic role in overseeing the daily operations and management of the company's business. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the organisation to support its growth and expansion plans. What you’ll be doing Manage and optimise all operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Oversee the work of cross‑functional teams, providing leadership, mentoring and support. Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Develop and monitor KPIs to track the overall health of the business. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration. Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement appropriate control measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans and objectives. What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Demonstrated experience in management of various departments, overseeing cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on data‑driven solutions. Proficient in using various operational management tools and software. Thorough understanding of the Business Centre and Company Secretary Services industry, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. What we offer 5‑day work week. Annual leave, birthday leave, anniversary leave, family leave.
