As we scale our technical team with more LLM developers, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile Operations Manager to build the operational backbone of our company. The Role: This is a foundational role. You will be the operational heart of our company, responsible for establishing and managing all non‑technical functions. Your work will be critical in preparing us for our next phase of growth, including upcoming investor engagements where a professional and well‑managed appearance is paramount. For the right individual, this role is a direct pathway to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Key Responsibilities: Office & Business Operations: Manage all aspects of day‑to‑day office administration, vendor relationships, and internal processes to ensure a smooth‑running operation. Finance & Accounting: Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Work with external accountants to ensure compliance and fiscal health. Strategic Expansion Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO in planning and executing our expansion plans, from hiring and onboarding to setting up new operational frameworks. Investor Readiness: Help prepare the company for investor due diligence by implementing robust operational, financial, and reporting systems.
