Senior Consultant - Strategic Private Banking Headhunting About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our Hong Kong team, focusing on delivering senior front‑office talent to leading international private banks across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services recruitment, a proven track record in sourcing senior banking professionals, and the ability to build deep, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle search mandates across private banking and wealth management front‑office roles (RMs, Team Heads, Market Heads, Investment Advisors, etc.). Partner closely with clients—international and regional private banks—to understand their hiring strategies, culture, and business objectives. Map and approach high‑calibre talent across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and broader Asia. Conduct detailed candidate assessments, prepare market intelligence reports, and support clients in offer management and onboarding processes. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the private banking landscape, regulatory changes, and market movements. Collaborate with global colleagues on cross‑border mandates and client relationship management. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of executive search or recruitment experience within financial services (private banking, asset management, or investment banking). Mandarin and English fluency (spoken and written) is essential. Proven success in delivering mid‑to‑senior front‑office talent within the Hong Kong or Greater China markets. Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded professional able to work both independently and as part of a team.
