Limited Oversee end-to-end private credit transactions, including deal origination & execution, structuring, due diligence & risk control, term negotiation, and post-investment management Engage deeply across private credit, leveraged financing, special situations investments, structured finance, and customized end-to-end credit financing solutions Collaborate on business system development and implement sector-specific strategies Mobilize group-wide cross-border resources to identify domestic & offshore institutional client needs, coordinate internal/external stakeholdersand drive efficient deal execution Requirements 5-8 years experience at Chinese top-tier institutions in private credit, leveraged finance, structured finance, or special situations investments Cross-border transaction expertise preferred (e.g., overseas financing for Chinese enterprises, privatization deals, cross-border M&A financing) Native Mandarin proficiency with full English fluency, cross-cultural communication strengths, and adaptability to intensive cross-border collaboration environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
