Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant- Financial Service Executive Search Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant at Green Lake Executive Search Co. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing strategic recruitment campaigns to identify and attract top talent for our clients' most critical leadership positions. Based in the Central and Western District, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our clients and candidates. What you'll be doing Proactively source and screen high‑calibre candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, online research, and referrals Conduct in‑depth interviews to deeply understand candidates' skills, experiences, and career goals Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their needs and design tailored recruitment strategies Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate shortlisting to offer negotiation Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Contribute to the overall growth and development of the recruitment team What we’re looking for Proven track record of success in executive search or high‑level recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates Strong research and sourcing capabilities to identify passive and active candidates Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team Exceptional organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments Relevant degree or qualification in a related field What we offer At Green Lake Executive Search Co.
